Enforcement Operation at Korem 083/Bdj Headquarters, Commander Emphasizes Discipline Without Waiting for Supervision

Malang – Commander of Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya, Colonel Inf. Wahyu Ramadhanus, S.Sos., M.M.S., M.Han., led the afternoon roll call and directly inspected the implementation of the Military Police Enforcement Operation (Operasi Yustisi) conducted by Denpom V/3 Malang at the Korem 083/Baladhika Jaya Headquarters on Thursday (September 24, 2026).

The activity was part of efforts to strengthen discipline, compliance with regulations, and the sense of responsibility among Indonesian Army (TNI AD) personnel and civil servants in carrying out their duties. Prior to the operation, the Commander instructed that it be conducted in an orderly, professional, humane, and persuasive manner.

The Commander emphasized that the enforcement operation should not merely be viewed as an inspection, but also as a means of fostering personnel’s awareness of the importance of complying with regulations without having to wait for supervision.

“Discipline is part of a soldier’s identity. Follow the rules with full awareness and responsibility, not merely because an inspection is being conducted,” the Commander stressed.

According to him, a culture of discipline must be built collectively through exemplary conduct, concern for one another, and the habit of reminding each other, thereby creating a unit environment that is orderly, professional, and responsible. :::
